Uniforms & Equipment

Each Sierra Foothill team shall adhere to the NFHA Lacrosse Rule Book on uniform regulations. Each team will wear SFLC Board approved uniforms at all league games and all tournaments.
SFLC Colors are Gold and Black.

Players will be required to purchase their uniforms through the Club.

There are also a number of online retailers and local sporting good stores such as Lacrosse Fanatic www.lacrossefanatic.com and national retailers such as Dick's Sporting Goods that have extensive lacrosse choices

Required Equipment:

Boys: Gloves, Helmet (black is preferred), Protective Cup, Mouth-Guard, Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, cleats, stick

Boy Goalies: Helmet(black), Throat Guard, Protective Cup, Mouth-Guard, Arm Pads, Chest Protector, Shin Guards.

Girls: Goggles, Mouth-Guard, Gloves



Girl Goalies: Gloves, Chest Protector, Pelvic/Abdominal Protection, Mouth-Guard, Throat Guard, Leg Pads
